Makayla is starting her career out of college joining Keyser on the Business Development Team. Her focus is to research new business opportunities and assist the team in other research developments. Makayla is a dedicated team member that is working hard to find and relay the best possible business developments to help kickstart new client relationships with Keyser. She is a loyal member of the team and is always working to build stronger connections with her team members as she supports them in any way she can.
Makayla’s first job is with Keyser after she graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is applying the skills she learned in her market analysis and real estate investment classes as well as gaining insight and new practices from team members to help Keyser “strike gold” with new business relationships.

There is no better feeling than when someone remembers the little things. I feel as though acts of service don’t need to be some large, extravagant expression, but rather the little things that show you are listening when someone says their favorite coffee shop and remembering their order the next time you’re picking some up for yourself. Acts like these make people feel loved and seen, and I feel there is no better way to commit to service than to committing to making people feel valued and important in each conversation they have with me.

My "Why Keyser"
I was fortunate enough to grow up in a family where my parents raised me and my sister under similar core values to Keyser. We were always told to treat others how you wanted to be treated, and as I grew up with that and other core values instilled into my daily life, Keyser seemed the obvious choice for me as I begin my career in the world of commercial real estate. In my time here, people have stepped up and really shown that Keyser is more than just stating their Core Values, but really acting on them by treating everyone with respect and valuing what every person can bring to the table.
